Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign Management: Develop and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve performance goals.
Keyword Strategy: Conduct keyword research and implement effective bidding strategies for optimal campaign performance.
Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and target audience.
Budget Management: Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize return on investment.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEM Manager or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
