Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kuala Lumpur for a Senior Executive, Marketing (Mall) at GuocoLand Malaysia. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and promotional initiatives for the mall, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data, and overseeing event planning and execution.

A Day In Your Life:
• Lead the development of advertising and marketing materials by collaborating with our creative design and writing teams. Ensure that our brand shines through in every piece we produce
• Apply various communication strategies to raise awareness, create lasting impressions, and drive audience preference and response. Be the driving force behind our successful marketing campaigns.
• Develop and coordinate multimedia packages, including letters, brochures, videos, and point-of-purchase displays. Your creative touch will leave a lasting impact on our customers.
• Explore exciting opportunities through sponsorships, events, and sales promotions to boost our brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing and communication strategies, with at least 3 years of experience in the retail industry
• Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and executing multimedia marketing campaigns from start to finish
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations for marketing strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
