Description *

- Lead a team of key account executive/ senior executive to drive revenue & margin.
- Bring in strategic brands & merchants to the platform to increase number of customers, transactions, basket size, conversion & revenue.
- Negotiate best margins, agreement and advising merchants on go to market strategy on new products/ assortment/ offerings.
- Conduct research and discuss with the management on action plans to drive O2O strategy.
- Activate new initiative to increase company revenue in both online & offline.
- Work closely with merchants to review on strategies to drive participation in both online and offline campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing team to support campaigns for online campaigns, promotions, and others as required.
- Work closely with merchants to improve their capabilities in orders fulfilment, online inventory management, product assortment and product offerings.
- Sales review with merchants to analyze merchants’ performance to drive number of transaction, basket size & revenue.
- Liaise and working with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, address merchants’ concerns/issues in operations, marketing and finance.
- Continue to increase yearly revenue growth for all merchants and brands.
